❤ ️Saying It Simple By House of Heart ❤️

a momentary lapse

has left me uneasy.

I should pay

penance yet I feel

little regret.

The moon and stars are

amused by the drama,

wound around you like

Laing’s Knots.

A sage shadow does not

follow too closely,

just near enough to

assess where it is going.
